After earning his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 2000, Steven started his career at a prestigious law firm in Orange County, California, diving into complex business and commercial matters. Those early years taught him the power of thoughtful legal guidance — how the right advice can prevent problems, unlock opportunities, and help businesses grow.
But Steven’s curiosity didn’t stop at the corporate world. He followed his passion into entertainment law, stepping into the fast-paced world of film, music, and media. As both attorney and manager for creative clients, he learned to navigate contracts, negotiations, and the delicate balance between protecting interests and fostering artistic vision. These experiences shaped a unique perspective: legal strategy is most powerful when it serves real people and real dreams.
From there, Steven’s path led to real estate development and construction, where he served as General Counsel for a full-service company overseeing development, construction, sales, and lending. He saw firsthand how legal, financial, and operational decisions intersect, and how strategic guidance can make the difference between a project that thrives and one that falters.
Today, Steven brings all of these experiences together in his own firm, helping entrepreneurs, business owners, and real estate professionals navigate contracts, governance, transactions, and disputes.
